Dr. Andrew H. Campbell has spent over two decades studying how leaders actually navigate conflict, ethics, and complexity -- from the corridors of the Pentagon to the lecture halls of Yale, from peacebuilding forums in The Hague to TEDx stages.

A retired senior military officer with 22+ years of service, Dr. Campbell served as a homeland defense policy analyst, non-proliferation planner at U.S. Africa Command, and strategy and integration planner at U.S. Strategic Command. He has seen firsthand what happens when leaders are unprepared for the human dimension of high-stakes decisions.

Aria operationalizes his validated frameworks in emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and ethical reasoning into a scalable, always-available AI coaching presence. It is the culmination of everything he has learned about what makes leaders effective -- not in theory, but in practice.
